January 2011 General Membership Meeting

There were 33 in attendance at the ASAM General Membership meeting on January 12 to hear a Construction Advancement Forum featuring representatives from Wolverine Construction Group.

Mike Houseman, Bruce Burgess and Tim Gabrielse. Houseman, President of Wolverine’s North America Division, shared the four core values of WBG. Burgess, Vice President of Wolverine’s Major Projects Division, listed tips critical to a contractor’s success, and spoke about the WBG project close out process. Included in the Q&A portion were insights on subcontractors’ performance ratings and predictions for the industry’s future.
