Reach Deeper Into Membership Talent

Already underway, this is an effort led by the Membership Committee to learn how our member companies are using ASAM, who is actively involved, and how to involve others. To be most effective, ASAM needs the involvement of every talented individual in each of the member companies all pulling in the same direction. We will continue developing within the construction industry, and must reach for the individuals within our membership who have the desire and passion to connect, serve, or lead in the subcontracting community. It’s through the efforts of those involved that positive change is guided. We will be encouraging you to have multiple members from each of your organizations regularly in attendance at our functions.

I look forward to the coming year as president. I welcome and encourage your open and honest dialogue regarding how we can make ASAM an effective organization. I intend to do my very best to position ASAM to continue growing in influence and effectiveness – and pass the baton this time next year to another leader ready to make a difference in this race.
